Smaller groups can still book, but a minimum package price applies (equivalent to 10 guests). This ensures we can provide the same high-quality experience regardless of group size.

Can I do sessions remotely?
Absolutely. We offer secure and nurturing online sessions with all the benefits of in-person guidance.
Can you cater to dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes. Our menus can be adapted for vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, low-sugar, or Ayurvedic diets, as well as for specific allergies. Please provide details at the time of booking so we can plan accordingly.
Do professionals bring their own materials?
Yes. Most bring all necessary tools (yoga mats, audio/video setup, props). If you have specific preferences, just let us know.
Do you provide your own equipment?
Yes. Our professionals arrive with all necessary tools, equipment, and ingredients. You only need to provide the space. If special requirements are needed (e.g., extra tables, chairs, lighting), we will confirm this during planning.
How do I book an experience?
All bookings are made directly through our secure online payment system. Simply choose your package, date, location, and services, and complete the checkout process. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details and a dedicated contact for any questions.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and professionals, especially for weekends and peak seasons.
How soon should I book?
Depends on the type of service and availability. For popular practitioners or event-level sessions, book several weeks in advance. For others, short-notice bookings may be available.
Is there a minimum group size?
Yes. Our packages are designed for groups of 10 or more guests. This allows us to deliver a full, immersive experience with multiple professionals and services included.
What if I have dietary or accessibility needs?
Our professionals can tailor their support to your dietary, physical, or accessibility requirements. Just tell us when booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
- More than 30 days before the event: 70% refund
- 15–29 days before: 50% refund
- 14 days or less: Non-refundable
If we are forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant platforms for maximum security.

What’s included in the package price?
Each package includes:

Any additional services or travel beyond our base area may incur extra charges, which will be confirmed before payment.
When is payment required?
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date and team. This ensures all professionals, ingredients, and materials are reserved exclusively for your event.
Where do you operate?
We are based in London and travel across the UK. For locations outside our core area, travel fees may apply. International bookings can be discussed upon request.
